  • Subscription Benefits: If you purchase a subscription plan, all associated features (e.g., unlimited messaging, high-priority AI response, premium AI models) will be activated for your registered account in real-time.
  • Virtual Currency (Gems/Credits): Any virtual currency or credits purchased will be added to your account balance immediately upon payment confirmation.

3. Accessing Your Content

To access your purchased content or services, please follow these steps:

  • A stable internet connection.

5. Delivery Failures and Support

In rare cases, technical delays may occur due to network latency or payment processor verification.
  • Verification Period: Most deliveries are instant, but some transactions may take up to 10–30 minutes to be fully processed by the banking system.
  • Resolution: If your purchased content does not appear in your account after 1 hour, please do not attempt to purchase again.
