How to Report: Users can submit a report by clicking the "Report" button available on profile/content pages or by emailing us directly at [email protected]. Subject Line: Please use the subject line "Formal Content Complaint - [Transaction ID/User ID]".
Information Required:* To process your complaint, please include the specific URL/Screenshot of the content, the nature of the violation, and your contact information.
We operate a strict "Notice and Takedown" procedure. Upon receiving a valid complaint involving: Illegal Content/CSAM: Immediate removal and reporting to authorities (NCMEC). Non-Consensual Imagery (NCII): Content will be disabled within 24 hours of verification. Copyright Infringement: Processed in accordance with the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act). General Violations: Our moderation team will review the flagged content within 48 hours. If a violation is confirmed, the content will be permanently removed, and the associated account may be suspended.
If your content has been removed or your account has been suspended, and you believe this action was taken in error, you have the right to appeal.
Submission: Appeals must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 14 days of the enforcement action. Review: A senior member of our safety team (who was not involved in the initial decision) will review your appeal.
Final Decision:* We will provide a written response within 7 business days. Our decision following the appeal review is final.
While we encourage legitimate safety reports, any user found to be intentionally submitting false or malicious reports to harass others may face account termination.
